Disclosed is a method for determination of sGPVI present in a plasma in a simple manner and with high sensitivity. In the method, multiple murine hybridomas each capable of producing an antibody against GPVI are established, and a combination of antibodies produced by the hybrodimas is used. It becomes possible to provide a novel platelet activation marker, a reagent and a method for determination of the marker, and novel use of the maker in the diagnosis of a disease associated with platelet activation/vascular endothelial injury or the like.

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer la présence de glycoprotéines VI (GPVI) dans un plasma de manière simple et avec une grande sensibilité. Au cours du procédé, on établit de multiples hybridomes murins, capables chacun de produire un anticorps contre la GPVI, et on utilise une combinaison d'anticorps produits par les hybridomes. Il devient alors possible d'obtenir un nouveau marqueur d'activation plaquettaire, un réactif et un procédé permettant de déterminer le marqueur, ainsi qu'un nouvel usage du marqueur au cours du diagnostic d'une maladie associée à l'activation plaquettaire/à une blessure endothéliale vasculaire ou autre.
