Novel peptide having a sequence according to SEQ. ID. No.1, SEQ. ID. No. 2 and/or SEQ. ID. No. 3 are disclosed and also polypeptide scaffold consisting of a four helix bundle formed of two dimerized helix-loop-helix motifs, said helix-loop-helix motifs having sequences according to SEQ. ID. No. 1, SEQ. ID. No. 2 and/or SEQ. ID. No. 3 which may comprise a fluorescent probe at the side chain of Lys15 and a ligand with affinity for a target molecule at the side chain of Lys8 or Lys34. Also disclosed are polypeptide scaffolds for use in biosensing applications with or without the polypeptide scaffold anchored to a solid surface.

L'invention se rapporte à un nouveau peptide présentant une séquence conforme à SEQ. ID. No.1, SEQ. ID. No. 2 et/ou SEQ. ID. No. 3. Elle se rapporte également à un échafaudage polypeptidique constitué d'un faisceau de quatre hélices formés de deux motifs dimérisés hélice-boucle-hélice, lesdits motifs hélice-boucle-hélice comportant des séquences conformes à SEQ. ID. No. 1, SEQ. ID. No. 2 et/ou SEQ. ID. No. 3 qui peuvent comporter une sonde fluorescente au niveau de la chaîne latérale de Lys15 et un ligand présentant une affinité pour une molécule cible au niveau de la chaîne latérale de Lys8 ou de Lys34. L'invention se rapporte également à des échafaudages polypeptidiques conçus pour être utilisés dans des applications de biodétection avec ou sans ancrage de l'échafaudage polypeptidique sur une surface solide.
