A fused polypeptide composed of a polypeptide having the G-CSF activity with another polypeptide having the TPO activity; a DNA encoding this fused polypeptide; a fused polypeptide wherein a polypeptide having the G-CSF activity has been fused with another polypeptide having the TPO activity via a spacer peptide; a DNA encoding this fused polypeptide; a polypeptide wherein the above-mentioned fused polypeptide composed of the polypeptide having the G- CSF activity with the polypeptide having the TPO activity has been further chemically modified with a polyalkylene glycol derivative; and a remedy for anemia containing such a fused polypeptide as the active ingredient.

Cette invention se rapporte à un polypeptide fusionné, qui est composé d'un polypeptide ayant l'activité G-CSF et d'un autre polypeptide ayant l'activité TPO; à un ADN codant ce polypeptide fusionné; à un polypeptide fusionné dans lequel un polypeptide ayant l'activité G-CSF a été fusionné avec un autre polypeptide ayant l'activité TPO par l'intermédiaire d'un peptide d'espacement; à un ADN codant ce polypeptide fusionné; à un polypeptide dans lequel le polypeptide fusionné mentionné ci-dessus, qui est composé du polypeptide ayant l'activité G-CSF et du polypeptide ayant l'activité TPO, a en outre été modifié chimiquement à l'aide d'un dérivé de polyalkylène glycol; ainsi qu'à un remède contre l'anémie, qui contient un tel polypeptide fusionné comme principe actif.
