A novel process preparing clonidine derivatives has been discovered which is shorter, less expensive and safer than previously known methods. A new thiourea complex of formula (I) wherein: Ar is a phenyl or naphthyl and unsubstituted or substituted with one or more moieties selected from the group consisting of: Cl, F, Br, I, C1 to C4 alkyl, aryl, C1 to C4 alkoxy or arylalkoxy; NO2 is in the para or ortho position; and n is 1 to 4, has also been discovered which can be directly cyclized to produce the corresponding heterocyclic product.
On a découvert un nouveau procédé de préparation de dérivés de clonidine qui est plus court, moins cher, et plus sûr que les procédés antérieurs, connus. On a également découvert un nouveau complexe de thiourea de la formule (I) dans laquelle: Ar représente un phényle ou naphthyle, non substitué ou substitué par une ou plusieurs fractions sélectionnées dans le groupe composé de: Cl, F, Br, I, alkyle C¿1? à C¿4?, aryle, alcoxy C¿1? à C¿4? ou arylalcoxy; NO¿2? se trouve en position para ou ortho; et n vaut de 1 à 4, ce complexe pouvant être directement cyclisé pour obtenir le produit éthérocyclique correspondant.
