A process for producing a compound represented by the formula (I) (wherein R is an aromatic heterocycle, etc. and A is a heteroalicyclic group, etc.), characterized by reacting a compound represented by the formula (II) (wherein Hal is halogeno, and R and A have the same meanings as the above) in the presence of a sulfinic acid salt and a salt of an acid or organic base; and a novel crystal of 2-(3-isooxazolyl)-3,6,7,9-tetrahydroimidazo[4,5-d]pyrano[4,3- b]pyridine phosphate monohydrate.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composé représenté par la formule (I), dans laquelle R représente un hétérocycle aromatique, etc., et A représente un groupe hétéroalicyclique, etc. Ce composé est caractérisé en ce qu'il fait réagir un composé de formule (II), dans laquelle Hal représente halogéno et R et A ont les mêmes significations que celles susmentionnées, en présence d'un sel d'acide sulfinique et d'un sel d'un acide ou d'une base organique. La présente invention concerne également un nouveau cristal de monohydrate de 2-(3-isooxazolyl)-3,6,7,9-tétrahydroimidazo[4,5-d]pyrano[4,3-b]pyridine phosphate.
