By devising an expression system for protein with the coexistence of MiniSeV- SeV particles, studies are made on the ability of this expressions system to transfer a target gene into a target cell and the ability to express the target gene in the target cell. As a result, it is clarified that the expression system as described above sustains a high ability to transfer a target gene into a target cell and a high ability to express the target gene in the target cell.
