The present invention relates to novel pyrimidine derivatives of formulae (I- 1) and (I-2) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof which possess an excellent anti-secretory activity, pharmaceutical compositions containing same as an active ingredient, their novel intermediates, and processes for the preparation thereof. In said formulae, R4 and R5, which may be the same or different, are independently hydrogen or a C1-C3 alkyl group, or jointly form a cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl ring; A is a group of formula (II) wherein R1 and R2 are, independently of each other, hydrogen or a C1-C3 alkyl group, and R3 is hydrogen, a C1-C3 alkyl group or a halogen; and B is 1-(substituted)- 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-2-yl of formula (III-1) or 7-(substituted)- 4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-c]pyridin-6-yl of formula (III-2) wherein R6 is hydrogen or a C1-C3 alkyl group.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de pyrimidine représentés par les formules (I-1) et (I-2), et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, présentant une excellente activité anti-sécrétoire. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces dérivés et/ou sels comme principe actif, ainsi que de nouveaux intermédiaires de ceux-ci. L'invention concerne enfin des procédés de préparation de ces substances. Dans les formules (I-1) et (I-2), R¿4? et R¿5?, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, représentent indépendamment hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle en C¿1?-C¿3?, ou forment ensemble un noyau cyclopentyle ou cyclohexyle. A représente un groupe de formule (II) dans laquelle R¿1? et R¿2? représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle en C¿1?-C¿3?, et R¿3? représente hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C¿1?-C¿3?, ou un halogène. B représente 1,2,3,4-tétrahydroisoquinolin-2-yle substitué en position 1, de formule (III-1), ou 4,5,6,7-tétrahydrothiéno[2,3-c]pyridin-6-yle substitué en position 7 et représenté par la formule (III-2). Dans ces formules (III-1) et (III-2), R¿6? représente hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle en C¿1?-C¿3?.
