The object is to study on the synthesis of a novel pyrrole derivative having an ureide group and an aminocarbonyl group as substituents or a salt thereof, to find a pharmacological effect of the derivative or the salt thereof, and to find a substance which exhibits a prophylactic and/or therapeutic effect on a retinal disease or the like through oral administration. A compound represented by the general formula (1) or a salt thereof has an inhibitory effect on the production of interleukin-6 and/or an inhibitory effect on choroidal angiogenesis, and is therefore useful as a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for a disease associated with interleukin-6, an ophthalmic inflammatory disease and/or a retinal disease. In the formula, the ring A represents a benzene ring or the like; R1 represents a halogen atom, a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or the like; R2 represents a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group which may have a substituent, a lower alkenyl group, a lower alkynyl group which may have a substituent, a lower cycloalkyl group, an aryl group, a hydroxy group, a lower alkoxy group which may have a substituent or the like; and n represents a number of 0, 1, 2, 3 or the like.
L'objectif est d'étudier la synthèse d'un nouveau dérivé de pyrrole ayant un groupe uréide et un groupe aminocarbonyle comme substituants ou un sel de celui-ci, de trouver un effet pharmacologique du dérivé ou du sel de celui-ci, et de trouver une substance qui présente un effet prophylactique et/ou thérapeutique sur une maladie rétinienne ou similaire par administration orale. L'invention porte sur un composé représenté par la formule générale (1) ou un sel de celui-ci, qui a un effet inhibiteur sur la production de l'interleukine-6 et/ou un effet inhibiteur sur l'angiogenèse choroïdale, et est par conséquent utile comme agent prophylactique et/ou thérapeutique pour une maladie associée à l'interleukine-6, une maladie inflammatoire ophtalmique et/ou une maladie rétinienne. Dans la formule, le noyau A représente un noyau benzénique ou similaire; R1 représente un atome d'halogène, un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur ou similaire; R2 représente un atome d'halogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur qui peut avoir un substituant, un groupe alcényle inférieur, un groupe alcynyle inférieur qui peut avoir un substituant, un groupe cycloalkyle inférieur, un groupe aryle, un groupe hydroxy, un groupe alcoxy inférieur qui peut avoir un substituant ou similaire; et n représente un nombre de 0, 1, 2, 3 ou similaire.
