[PROBLEMS] To provide a sugar-chain primer for making a cell to synthesize O- glycan from among glycoprotein type sugar chains. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A sugar-chain primer for the synthesis of an O-glycan type sugar chain in a cultured cell which has the structure of a sugar chain-amino acid-alkyl group or an alkyl group derivative.

L'objectif de l'invention est de créer une amorce de chaîne de sucre, servant à produire une cellule pour synthétiser l'O-glycane à partir de chaînes de sucre du type glycoprotéine. Cet objectif est atteint, selon l'invention, par une amorce de chaîne de sucre pour la synthèse d'une chaîne de sucre du type O-glycane dans une cellule cultivée, présentant la structure d'un groupe alkyle d'acide aminé de la chaîne de sucre ou d'un dérivé de groupe alkyle.
