The invention relates to a novel strain Saccharothrix actinomycete SA 103 deposited at CNCM on 16th February 2004, number I-3160 or a mutant strain thereof; a method and a medium for selection of said strain; and a method for the production of a broth, active concentrate and active compounds from a culture of said strain SA 103. The invention also relates to active compounds which can be obtained by the production method, i.e. novel mutatimycins and aldgamycins, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said active compounds and the use thereof in medicine and phytopharmaceuticals.
L'invention a pour objet une nouvelle souche actinomycète Saccharothrix SA 103déposée à la CNCM le 16 février 2004 sous le numéro I-3160 ou une souche mutante de celle-ci, un procédé et un milieu de sélection de cette souche, un procédé de production d'un bouillon de culture, d'un concentrat actif et de composés actifs à partir d'une culture de cette souche SA 103. L'invention a également pour objet les composés actifs susceptibles d'être obtenus par le procédé de production, notamment de nouvelles mutatimycines et aldgamycines, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant ces composés actifs et leur utilisation dans le domaine médical et phytopharmaceutique
