This application relates to a process for synthesizing multiple analogous compounds, which process comprises: (a) reacting a solid-phase supported intermediate with a cleaving/condensing reagent by a means which results in the formation of a solution-phase condensation product and affords remainder solid-phase supported intermediate; (b) separating the solution-phase condensation product formed by step (a) from the solid-phase; (c) reacting remainder solid-phase supported intermediate with a cleaving/condensing reagent distinct from the cleaving/condensing reagent applied in step (a) to give a solution-phase condensation product analogous to the solution-phase condensation product formed by step (a); (d) separating the solution-phase condensation product formed by step (c) from the solid-phase; and (e) optionally repeating process steps (c) and (d) one or more additional times, if remainder solid-phase supported intermediate is present, using a further distinct cleaving/condensing reagent for each repetition to give additional analogous solution-phase.

Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant la synthèse de divers composés analogues comportant les étapes suivantes: (a) faire réagir un produit intermédiaire sur phase solide avec un réactif de clivage/condensation grâce à un moyen qui provoque la formation d'un produit de condensation en phase solution et permet de disposer d'un produit intermédiaire sur phase solide restant; (b) séparer de la phase solide le produit de condensation en phase solution formé au cours de l'étape (a); (c) faire réagir le produit intermédiaire sur phase solide restant avec un réactif de clivage/condensation distinct du réactif appliqué lors de l'étape (a) de façon à obtenir un produit de condensation en phase solution analogue au produit de condensation en phase solution formé au cours de l'étape (a); (d) séparer de la phase solide le produit de condensation en phase solution formé en (c); et (e) répéter éventuellement les étapes (c) et (d) du procédé une ou plusieurs fois si le produit intermédiaire sur phase solide restant est toujours présent, en utilisant chaque fois un réactif de clivage/condensation distinct de façon à obtenir une phase solution analogue supplémentaire.
