The invention provides novel peptide-based pharmacophores and compounds which bind somatostatin receptors with high affinity and which exhibit improved pharmacokinetic properties over known somatostatin analogs. The pharmacophores and compounds of the invention may be used in labeled or unlabeled form for diagnosing and/or treating somatostatin responsive diseases. The invention also provides radiopharmaceuticals and kits comprising these compounds, as well as methods for diagnosing and/or treating somatostatin receptor mediated diseases.
La présente invention concerne de nouveau pharmacophores et composés à base de peptides qui se lient aux récepteurs de somatostatine avec une grande affinité et qui présentent des propriétés pharmacocinétiques améliorées par rapport aux analogues de somatostatine connus. Ces pharmacophores et ces composés de l'invention peuvent être utilisés sous forme marquée ou non pour diagnostiquer et/ou traiter des maladies qui réagissent à la somatostatine. Cette invention concerne aussi des composants radio pharmaceutiques et des kits comprenant ces composés, de même que des techniques de diagnostic et/ou de traitement de maladies induites par le récepteur de somastatine.
