Spiro compounds represented by general formula (I), wherein A, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and n are each as defined in the specification; which exert an AP-1 activity inhibitory effect. Owing to this effect, these compounds are useful as remedies/preventives for autoimmune diseases which inhibit the expression of various genes and show little side effect.
