Compounds according to formula (I): wherein the radical R2 represents a hydrogen atom or one of the following structures: R, and R7_9are as herein defined, and wherein ring A represents a 5 or 6 membered heteroring involving a nitrogen or oxygen atom and one or two keto substituent. These compounds and their pharmaceutical acceptable salt are used in combinations or pharmaceutical compositions and are useful in modulation of CCR5 chemokine receptor activity.

La présente invention a pour objet des composés de formule (I) : où le radical R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou l'une des structures suivantes : R, et R7_9 sont tels que définis dans la description, et où le cycle A représente un hétérocycle à 5 ou 6 chaînons incluant un atome d~azote ou d~oxygène et un ou deux substituant(s) cétone. Ces composés, ainsi que leurs sels de qualité pharmaceutique, peuvent être employés sous forme combinée ou dans des préparations pharmaceutiques et servent à moduler l'activité du récepteur de chimiokine CCR5.
