The present invention relates to a supported cobalt catalyst consisting of (a) cobalt compounds, (b) organoaluminium compounds, (c) water or OH-acidic compounds, (d) inorganic or polymeric organic support materials and (e) modifiers selected from the group comprising tertiary phosphines, to the production thereof and to the use thereof for the polymerisation of unsaturated compounds, in particular of conjugated dienes, in the gas phase. With the assistance of the catalysts according to the invention, it is possible to achieve gas phase polymerisation of conjugated dienes with an elevated content of lateral double bonds in the polymers.
La présente invention concerne un catalyseur au cobalt sur support constitué de : a) des composés du cobalt; b) des composés aluminoorganiques; c) de l'eau ou des composés renfermant un groupement OH acide; d) des matières de support inorganiques ou organiques polymères; et e) des modificateurs choisis parmi le groupe des phosphines tertiaires. Elle concerne aussi la production de ce catalyseur et son utilisation pour la polymérisation en phase gazeuse de composés insaturés, en particulier de diènes conjugués. Selon cette invention, il est possible de réaliser la polymérisation en phase gazeuse de diènes conjugués et d'obtenir des polymères renfermant un nombre élevé de liaisons doubles latérales, grâce à la présence de ces catalyseurs.
