12 PRECIS NOUVEAU DERIVE DU THIOCHROMANNE ET SON PROCEDE DE PREPARATION L'invention concerne le tert-butylamino-1(hydroxy-4 thiochromannyl-8 oxy)-3 propanol-2, et son procédé de préparation, caractérisé en ce que: l'on réduit le méthoxy-8 thiochromannone-4 par un hydrure de bore en méthoxy-8 thiochromannol-4 qu'on déméthyle ensuite, à l'aide d'un thiolate pour obtenir l'hydroxy-8 thiochromannol-4, sur lequel on fait réagir le chloro-1 époxy-2,3 propane pour former l'(hydroxy-4 thiochromannyl-8 oxy)-3 époxy-1,2 propane et que l'on condense avec la tert-butylamine pour obtenir le tert-butylamino-1 (hydroxy-4 thiochromannyl-8 oxy)-3 propanol-2.
