This invention relates to novel tire sealer and inflator compositions. The compositions may be aqueous or non-aqueous and comprise a petroleum residual resin sealant, an amorphous polyolefin, an organic solvent, a vapor pressure depressant, and a non-flammable propellant/inflator having an ozone depletion potential of zero. For the aqueous system, the composition further comprises an emulsifier. The compositions are useful for sealing and inflating a punctured tire in combination with a propellant/inflator.

La présente invention concerne de nouvelles compositions antifuite et gonflantes. Ces compositions peuvent être aqueuses ou non aqueuses et comprennent un antifuite en résine à base de résidus de pétrole, une polyoléfine amorphe, un solvant organique, un dépresseur de pression de vapeur et un agent moteur/gonflant ayant un potentiel nul d'appauvrissement de l'ozone. Pour le système aqueux, la composition comprend en outre un émulsifiant. Ces compositions servent à étanchéifier et à gonfler un pneu crevé, en combinaison avec un agent propulseur/gonflant.
