A novel imino compound is synthesized by mixing and reacting ascochlorin, its analog or its derivative with a compound having a primary amino group in the presence/absence of a basic catalyst. The novel imino compound thus synthesized is a ligand which activates nuclear receptor superfamily such as retinoid orphan receptor (RXR), peroxiosme proliferator activated receptor (PPAR) and steroid receptor (PXR) and shows an effect of promoting the transcription of a drug-metabolizing enzyme CYP7A1. It has therapeutic effects on diseases such as life style-related diseases, chronic inflammation and cancer.
Un nouveau composé imino est synthétisé par mélange et réaction d'ascochlorine, de son analogue ou de son dérivé, avec un composé ayant un groupe amino primaire en la présence/l'absence d'un catalyseur basique. Le nouveau composant imino ainsi synthétisé est un ligand qui active la superfamille des récepteurs nucléaires, tels que le récepteur rétinoïde orphelin (RXR), le récepteur activé par proliférateur de peroxisome (PPAR) et un récepteur stéroïdien (PXR), et il présente un effet stimulant la transcription d'une enzyme CYP7A1 métabolisant les médicaments. Il présente des effets thérapeutiques sur des maladies telles que les maladies liées au style de vie, l'inflammation chronique et le cancer.
