The invention relates to the use of compounds having general formula X-(A)¿n?-Y, wherein: n varies between 6 and 20; X denotes a hydrogen atom, an R¿a?CO, R¿a?OCO, R¿a?NHCO or R¿a?SO¿2? group, R¿a? being an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, aralkyl, heteroaryl group, said groups being substituted or not, on condition that X is different from H when n is equal to 6; A denotes either a group having formula (I) or (II), wherein R?i¿ is a hydrogen atom, an amino acid side chain, an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, aralkyl or heteroaryl group, said groups being substituted or not, i being an integer of between 1 and n; Y is an NR¿b?R¿c?, R¿b? and R¿c? group having the same meaning as given earlier for R¿a?. Said compounds are used for the preparation of medicaments that are intended to treat bacterial, fungal or cytotoxic diseases and, in particular, fungal infections, such as aspergillosis and candidiasis, and resistant bacterial infections.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation des composés de formule générale X-(A)n-Y, dans laquelle: n varie de 6 à 20; X représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe RaCO, RaOCO, RaNHCO ou RaSO2, Ra étant un groupe alkyle, alkényle, alkynyle, aryle, aralkyle, hétéroaryle, lesdits groupes pouvant être non substitués ou substitués, sous réserve que X soit différent de H lorsque n est égal à 6; A représente indifféremment un groupe, Formules (I) (II), Ri étant un atome d'hydrogène, une chaîne latérale d'acide aminé, un groupe alkyle, alkényle, alkynyle, aryle, aralkyle ou hétéroaryle, lesdits groupes pouvant être non substitués ou substitués, i étant un nombre entier compris de 1 à n; Y est un groupe NRbRc, Rb et Rc ayant la signification donnée précédemment pour Ra, pour la préparation de médicaments destinés au traitement de maladies bactériennes, fongiques ou cytotoxiques, et notamment d'infections fongiques telles que les aspergilloses et les candidoses, et d'infections bactériennes résistantes.
