A novel therapeutical use of pyrrole derivatives of general formula (I), wherein Het is a ring fused with pyrrole to form a pyrrolothiazole, tetrahydro-5,6,7,8-indolizine, dihydro-pyrrolothiazine or dihydropyrrolizine ring, R1 is a carboxamide, cyano, carboxy, alkyloxycarbonyl, acyl or imidazolylcarbonyl radical, R2 is a hydrogen or halogen atom or an alkyl, alkenyl, trihalomethyl or cyano radical, R3 is a hydrogen or halogen atom or a hydroxy or alkyl radical, and Het' is a pyridyl, pyridyl N-oxide or thiazolyl radical, the alkyl or acyl radicals being straight or branched and having 1-4 carbon atoms, and the alkenyl radicals being straight or branched and having 2-4 carbon atoms, and salts thereof, if any, for preparing a drug for treating conditions in which TNF is involved.

Nouvelle application thérapeutique des dérivés du pyrrole de formule générale (I), dans laquelle Het représente un cycle condensé avec le pyrrole tel qu'il forme un cycle pyrrolothiazole, tétrahydro-5,6,7,8- indolizine, dihydro-pyrrolothiazine ou dihydropyrrolizine, R1 est un radical carboxamide, cyano, carboxy, alcoyloxycarbonyle, acyle ou imidazolylcarbonyle, R2 est un atome d'hydrogène ou d'halogène, ou un radical alcoyle, alcényle, trihalogénométhyle ou cyano, R3 est un atome d'hydrogène ou d'halogène, ou un radical hydroxy ou alcoyle, et Het' est un radical pyridyle, pyridyl N-oxyde ou thiazolyle, les radicaux alcoyle ou acyle étant droits ou ramifiés (1 à 4C) et les radicaux alcényle étant droits ou ramifiés (2 à 4C), ainsi que de leurs sels lorsqu'ils existent, pour la préparation d'un médicament destiné au traitement des affections dans lesquelles intervient le TNF.
