A suspension of microcapsules in an organic liquid, the microcapsules containing an aqueous phase, is produced by interfacial polymerization in the presence of a proton transfer catalyst of a water-in- coil emulsion in which the aqueous phase contains a urea/formaldehyde or melamine/formaldehyde prepolymer.

On prépare une suspension de microcapsules dans un liquide organique, ces microcapsules contenant un milieu aqueux, par polymérisation interfaciale, en présence d'un catalyseur de transfert de protons, d'une émulsion eau-dans-huile dans laquelle le milieu aqueux contient un prépolymère d'urée-formaldéhyde ou de mélamine-formaldéhyde.
