A sprayer comprising a linear actuator mounted on top of a base with a nozzle attached to it. The actuator has an air inlet orifice located on the cylinder body, when high pressure air is permitted into the main cylinder body, air pressure moves the piston shaft forward, at the same time internal cavities located inside the piston shaft allow air to travel down the piston rod and be directed into the spray tip. During this time a set of seals mounted to the piston shaft move thereby opening an orifice connected to the main fluid line located in the base. The fluid velocity increases dramatically whereby the air blast provided by the piston spool dislodges spray tip debris and injects it into the fluid stream where it is evacuated out through the opened orifice.
