Among other things, the invention relates to an injection nozzle for guiding hot-melt plastic within a mold, particularly an injection mold. Said injection nozzle comprises a nozzle housing (11) and a nozzle needle (13) which is mounted in a translationally movable manner and is used for opening and closing a melt opening that leads to a mold cavity. The nozzle needle (13) can be moved by means of a driving mechanism (V) to which a transmitting device (14) is assigned that allows a movement of the driving mechanism (V) to be converted into a movement of the nozzle needle (13). The invention is characterized, inter alia, in that the transmitting device (14) is assigned to an attached unit (22) which can be releasably connected to the injection nozzle (10) and inside which a rod assembly (30) is disposed at least in part. Said rod assembly (30) is connected to the driving mechanism (V) at an input end while being connected in a rigid, tenacious, and compression-resistant manner to the nozzle needle (13) at an output end.
L'invention concerne entre autre une buse d'injection destinée au guidage d'une masse fondue dans un moule d'outillage, en particulier un moule pour moulage par injection de matière plastique, comprenant un boîtier de buse (11) et une aiguille d'injection (13) montée mobile en translation, pour l'ouverture et la fermeture d'un orifice de produit en fusion conduisant vers une cavité du moule, l'aiguille d'injection (13) étant déplaçable au moyen d'un mécanisme d'entraînement (V) auquel est associé un dispositif de transfert (14), au moyen duquel un mouvement du mécanisme d'entraînement (V) est converti en un mouvement de l'aiguille d'injection (13). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transfert (14) est associé à une unité ajoutée (22) séparée, pouvant être reliée amovible avec la buse d'injection (10), unité dans laquelle est disposée au moins partiellement une tringlerie (30), et en ce que la tringlerie (30) est associée, à une extrémité d'entrée, au mécanisme d'entraînement (V) et, à une extrémité sortie, à l'aiguille d'injection (13), de manière rigide et tout en présentant une bonne résistance à la traction et à la compression.
