Nozzles for a drilling tools, such as rotary-type drag bits and roller cone bits, a drilling tool and drilling assembly comprising nozzles, and methods of conveying drilling fluid through a nozzle for use in drilling subterranean formations are provided. A nozzle may include a substantially cylindrical nozzle body having an axis and an inlet port with a primary passage extending therethrough, and at least one secondary passage that diverges from the primary passage at an exit port.

L'invention concerne des buses pour des outils de forage, comme des trépans à lames de type rotatif et des trépans à molettes, un outil de forage et un ensemble de forage comprenant des buses, et des procédés de transport de fluide de forage à travers une buse pour une utilisation dans le forage de formations souterraines. Une buse peut comprendre un corps de buse sensiblement cylindrique ayant un axe et un orifice d'entrée avec un passage principal s'étendant de manière traversante, et au moins un passage secondaire qui diverge du passage principal au niveau d'un orifice de sortie.
