A method of producing nucleated molded articles efficiently at a time from a molding material such as powder, by using a compression molding means comprising a mortar and upper and lower pestles, at least the upper pestle, preferably both upper and lower pestles, being of double construction consisting of a center pestle and an outer pestle surrounding the outer periphery of the center pestle, both the center pestle and the outer pestle being slidable and operable for compression. This production method comprises the steps of feeding both a nucleus-forming molding material and an outer layer-forming molding material, compression-molding the nucleus-forming molding material and/or outer layer-forming molding material, and compression molding the complete nucleated molded article. Also provided is a rotary type compression molding machine which is used to embody the method. Also provided are various characteristic nucleated molded articles produced by the method, including one containing lots of microcapsules or the like or having a plurality of nuclei, which is a nucleus-incomplete molded article.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'articles moulés à noyau efficace en un temps à partir d'une matière de moulage telle qu'une poudre. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser un organe de moulage par compression comprenant un mortier et des pilons supérieur et inférieur. Le pilon supérieur au moins, de préférence les pilons inférieur et supérieur, est composé d'une construction double: un centre de pilon et un pilon extérieur entourant la périphérie de ce centre. Le centre de pilon et ce pilon extérieur sont tous les deux coulissants et peuvent fonctionner de façon à appliquer une compression. Ce procédé de production consiste à prendre un matériau de moulage de formation de noyau et un matériau de moulage de formation de couche, à mouler par compression un de ces matériaux ou les deux, et à mouler par compression l'article moulé à noyau complet. Cette invention concerne aussi une machine de moulage par compression de type rotative utilisée pour mettre en oeuvre ce procédé. Cette invention concerne enfin divers articles moulés à noyau caractéristiques produits par ce procédé, notamment un article contenant des lots de microgelules ou d'éléments semblables ou possédant une pluralité de noyaux, qui est un article moulé à noyau non complet.
