A gene originating in a novel fulminant hepatitis C virus strain; an HCV replicon RNA having a high replication efficiency using the same; and an HCV replicon-replicating cell having the replicon RNA transferred thereinto. By using the HCV replicon RNA and the HCV replicon-replicating cell as described above, HCV protein can be continuously produced in a large amount.
L'invention concerne un gène dérivé d'une nouvelle souche de virus de l'hépatite C fulminante, un ARN d'un réplicon du VHC présentant un haut pouvoir de réplication et comprenant ce gène, et une cellule de VHC à réplication autonome dans laquelle cet ARN de réplicon a été transféré. L'ARN de réplicon du VHC décrit permet de produire en continu d'importantes quantités de protéines de VHC.
