This invention describes a nucleic acid delivery vehicle construct for transfecting and/or infecting a target cell. The construct is made of a delivery vehicle and a bifunctional complex for linking the delivery vehicle to a target cell. The bifunctional complex has a delivery vehicle binding molecule or fragment ("delivery vehicle binding portion"), a molecule or fragment thereof that binds to a cell surface molecule on the target cell ("cell surface molecule binding portion") and a linker which connects the molecules or fragments.

L'invention concerne un édifice pour un véhicule d'apport d'acide nucléique, pour la transfection et/ou l'infection d'une cellule cible. L'édifice est composé d'un véhicule d'apport et d'un complexe bifonctionnel liant le véhicule d'apport à une cellule cible. Le complexe bifonctionnel présente une molécule ou un fragment de liaison au véhicule d'apport ("portion de liaison du véhicule d'apport"), une molécule ou un fragment de celle-ci se liant à une molécule de surface cellulaire sur la cellule cible ("portion de liaison de la molécule de surface cellulaire") et un linker connectant les molécules ou les fragments.
