The invention relates to a halogenation method characterized in that a chemical compound is halogenated in the presence of halogenase and in that (a) said halogenase is coded in the sequence indicated in SEQ ID NO: 1 or in a sequence derived therefrom on the basis of a degenerate genetic code or (b) in a nucleic acid sequence which is coded for a functional fragment of (a) or (c) in a hybridizing sequence with (a) or (b) in standard conditions or (d) coded by a sequence which has an identity of more than 30 % or more than 60 % similitude with the sequence indicated in (a).
L'invention concerne un procédé d'halogénation caractérisé en ce qu'un composé chimique est halogéné en présence d'une halogénase, et en ce que (a) l'halogénase est codée dans la séquence indiquée SEQ ID NO : 1 ou dans une séquence qui en dérive, sur la base du code génétique dégénéré ou, (b) dans une séquence d'acide nucléique qui est codée pour un fragment fonctionnel de (a) ou, (c) dans une séquence d'hybridisation avec (a) ou (b) dans des conditions standards, ou, (d) codée par une séquence présentant avec la séquence indiquée sous (a), une identité supérieure à 30 % ou une similitude supérieure à 60 %.
