According to the present invention, nucleoside derivatives represented by formula (I), wherein: R1 represents hydrogen, phosphate or phosphonate group, R2 represents substituted or unsubstituted pyrimidine or purine base, and Z represents S, SO, SO2, O or C; or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided. The compound (I) can be obtained by reacting the compound of formula (II), wherein: R7 represents hydrogen or hydroxy-protecting group, L represents aromatic or nonaromatic acyl, halide or alkoxy, and Z represents S, SO, SO2, O or C, with a base. The compounds (II), intermediate compounds for the synthesis of compounds (I), are also novel compounds, and included within the scope of the present invention.

Dérivés nucléosidiques représentés par la formule (I), dans laquelle R¿1? représente hydrogène ou un groupe phosphaté ou phosphonaté, R¿2? représente une base pyrimidique ou purique substituée ou non substituée, et Z représente S, SO, SO¿2?, O ou C; ou leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
