A kit for detecting a nucleotide sequence of interest with signal amplification, containing a labelled nucleotide probe and a reagent essentially including a suspension of particles on which at least one series of oligonucleotide units is immobilised. Each of the series of oligonucleotide units, which are all identical, includes, at least, a nucleotide sequence hybridizable with said sequence of interest and a nucleotide sequence hybridizable with said probe. Said reagent contains more than 10 such oligonucleotide units per particle. The kit is particularly useful for diagnosing genetic diseases or determining pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites.
Nécessaire pour la détection d'une séquence nucléotidique d'intérêt, avec amplification de signal, contenant une sonde nucléotidique marquée et un réactif comprenant essentiellement une suspension de particules sur lesquelles est immobilisée au moins une série d'unités oligonucléotidiques, chacune desdites unités oligonucléotidiques de ladite série, toutes identiques, comprenant, au moins, une séquence nucléotidique capable d'hybridation avec ladite séquence d'intérêt et une séquence nucléotidique capable d'hybridation avec ladite sonde, ledit réactif contenant plus de 10 desdites unités oligonucléotidiques par particule. Application notamment au diagnostic de maladies génétiques ou à la détermination d'agents pathogènes tels que bactéries, virus, champignons ou parasites.
