An enteral nutritional product has been formulated for persons who are currently undergoing radiation therapy and/or chemotherapy. The nutritional product has a protein system which includes a soy protein hydrolysate. The nutritional product is very low in folic acid, contains .beta.-carotene, and hasa ratio of n-6 to n-3 fatty acids that is in the range of about 1.3:1 to 2.5:1.

Le produit renferme un système protéique comprenant un hydrolysat de protéines de soja. Il est très pauvre en acide folique, il contient de la bêta-carotène, et présente un rapport d'acides gras n-6 - n-3 d'environ 1.3:1 à 2.5:1.
