A nutritional composition, the consumption of which provides a method for enhancing lean muscle stimulus, growth, strength and recovery, creating and prolonging muscle pumps, supporting endurance, strength, performance, size and stamina, providing a transducer effect for nitric oxide, increasing nutrient delivery and/or promoting increased vascular response in individuals. The nutritional composition may include L-arginine and creatine. In addition, the nutritional composition may also include L-citrulline, L-aspartic acid, ginseng root extract, and maritime pine (bark) extract. Alternatively, the nutritional composition may also include L-leucine and L-valine. A method of manufacturing the nutritional composition is also provided.
Une composition nutritionnelle, dont la consommation offre un procédé d'amélioration du stimulus du muscle maigre, la croissance, la résistance et la récupération, la création du prolongement de pompes musculaires, l'endurance, la résistance, la performance, la taille et la résistance, d'assurer un effet transducteur pour l'oxyde nitrique, d'augmenter l'administration de nutriments et/ou de favoriser la réponse vasculaire accrue chez les individus. La composition nutritionnelle peut comporter L-arginine et créatine. Par ailleurs, la composition nutritionnelle peut également renfermée L-citrulline, L-acide aspartique, extrait de racine de ginseng et un extrait de pin maritime (écorce). Selon une variante, la composition nutritionnelle peut également renfermé L-leucine et L-valine. On prévoit en outre un procédé de fabrication de la composition nutritionnelle.
