A nutritional "Humus"-like product consisting of a mixture of cooked ground soy-beans and sesame paste.In the product the weight ratio between sesame paste and cooked soy-beans is in the range of 5-50% on a wet soy-beam basis.The product conserves the nutritional value associated with the soy beans component, while possessing a desirable taste and texture of the chickpeas and sesame (Humus).

La présente invention concerne un produit fonctionnel du type "Humus" qui est constitué d'un mélange de graines de soja moulues cuites et de pâte de sésame. Dans le produit, le rapport en poids entre la pâte de sésame et les graines de soja cuites se situe entre 5 et 50 % sur la base d'un produit humide de graines de soja. Le produit conserve sa valeur nutritionnelle associée au constituant graines de soja tout en présentant un goût agréable ainsi que la texture des pois chiches et du sésame (Humus).
