ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention is new racemic and optically active compounds of the general formula I Image (I) wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different and represent hydrogen, C1-6 straight or branched alkanoyl, or optionally substituted aroyl or aralkanoyl X represents oxygen or sulphur R3 stands for C2-40 straight or branched alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or cyclo- alkyl, optionally substituted by one or several groups selected from hydroxy, carboxy, carbalkoxy, acyloxy, substituted or unsubstituted carboxamido or amino, oxo-, cyano, nitro or epoxy and/or halogen in any position and/or interrupted with one or several heteroatoms or optionally substituted aryl, aralkyl or heteroalkyl, ? indicates exo or endo steric position in the ring and .alpha. or .beta. (S- or R-) steric position in the side chain and R3 stands for hydrogen or methyl if X is sulphur. The compounds display thrombocyte aggregation, smooth muscle contracting and anti-tumour activity.
