The invention relates to the development of a novel technology of (cancer- )specific antibodies entering into the cell and their use for treatment of human diseases (primarily cancer). Such antibody (drug) would act by directly modulating the cancer-generating signals. The expected effects and principles of action of such antibodies are inactivation of intracellular proteins and thus they could be used for the treatment of diseases, where the activity of intracellular proteins must be modulated for effective treatment (primarily malignant tumors, but also many other diseases, which can be treated by inactivation of intracellular proteins). Above-mentioned antibody technology would also be applied elsewhere (e.g. scientific laboratories, that are engaged in investigation of intracellular proteins etc).
L'invention se rapporte au développement d'une nouvelle technologie faisant appel à des anticorps spécifiques (au cancer) qui entrent dans les cellules ainsi qu'à l'utilisation de ces anticorps pour traiter des maladies humaines (principalement le cancer). Ces anticorps (médicaments) agissent par modulation directe des signaux de génération cancéreuse. Les effets et principes d'action escomptés de ces anticorps sont l'inactivation de protéines intracellulaires. Par conséquent, ces anticorps pourraient être utilisés pour traiter des maladies, qui sont traitées efficacement par modulation de l'activité des protéines intracellulaires (principalement des tumeurs malignes, mais également d'autres maladies qui peuvent être traitées par inactivation des protéines intracellulaires). Ladite nouvelle technologie peut trouver des applications dans d'autres domaines (par ex. dans des laboratoires scientifiques voués à la recherche sur les protéines intracellulaire).
