X-4988A Abstract of the Disclosure Octahydropyrazolo[3,4-g]quinolines, dopamine agonists, useful in treatment of Parkinsonism and in inhibiting secretion of prolactin, are described herein. These novel compounds are prepared by reacting a corresponding 7-dimethylaminomethylene-6- oxo-derivative with hydrazine hydrate.
