ABSTRACT A device for dispensing that has a back plate for mounting and a generally rectangular box that covers the back plate . The cover box has the bottom end and a portion of the juxtaposed side walls drilled with horizontal and vertical rows of orifices. Fitted within the top of the combined cover, back plate box is an inner container with a generally tubular inner chamber to hold in place an aerosol container. The aerosol container is tapered at one end to a generally circular opening where it is crimped onto a matching plug to seal it closed. This inner container is held up in the top portion of the device by a partition placed above the top horizontal row of drilled orifices. The cavity below the partition houses a hammer for breaking of the plug of the aerosol container that protrudes past the partition. The hammer is wired to an alarm system as its trigger mechanism.
