A ventilated toilet device for drawing air from a toilet bowl before the air is disseminated into the surrounding area of the toilet. The ventilated toilet device includes a toilet having a tank and bowl portion. The bowl portion drains into the trap. The tank is in communi- ration with the bowl via a plurality of portals or holes in the bowl portion. The tank is divided into a water and dry portion. A fan is positioned in the upper part of the dry compartment of the tank and is in communication with the trap. The fan blows the air from the tank into the trap. The fan draws air from the bowl through the portals and forces the air out into the trap thereby eliminating the bad odor into the trap and preventing the dissemination of the air outside the toilet bowl and areas around it.
