A fluid dispensing apparatus comprises a collapsible bag capable of being punctured by and essentially sealed about a spike that has an inlet through which fluid can flow from the bag into a conduit leading to a chamber that is situated within an enclosed chamber in a dispensing base unit. The chamber is connected to a valve positioned outside the enclosed chamber through which fluid can be dispensed from the chamber. The enclosed chamber is vented so that as fluid is dispensed from the chamber, the air pressure in the enclosed chamber is allowed to equalize with the ambient air pressure external to the chamber and the bag.
La présente invention a trait à un appareil de distribution de fluide comportant un sachet compressible apte à être perforé par une pointe sensiblement scellée autour présentant un orifice d'admission à travers lequel un fluide peut s'écouler depuis le sachet dans un conduit menant vers une chambre située au sein d'une enceinte fermée dans une unité de base de distribution. La chambre est reliée à une soupape positionnée à l'extérieur de l'enceinte fermée à travers laquelle le fluide peut être distribué à partir de la chambre. L'enceinte fermée est mise à l'air de sorte qu'au fur et à mesure de la distribution de fluide depuis la chambre, la pression de l'air dans l'enceinte fermée est amenée à s'égaliser avec la pression de l'air ambiant extérieur à la chambre et au sachet.
