The object of the present invention is to provide an offset printing apparatus having good adhesion of ink onto the roller of the feeding route by efficiently fractionizing the dampening fluid supplied to the ink device. This invention relates to an offset printing apparatus provided with an ink device and a dampening fluid device. Said ink device has an ink feeding route including an ink metering roller and an ink storage device whose distance toward the revolving direction of the upstream roller of said ink, feeding route is gradually small. It also relates to a process to put into practice such apparatus.
