Flexible toothed belt of which the back (5) and teeth are formed from a substrate (2) made with CSM or ACSM elastomer and are associated with an HNBR elastomeric compound covering the surface of the teeth protected by a fabric (3), treated with HNBR, distinctive in that the interface linking the two elastomeric compounds is set back toward the interior of the teeth by installation of an intermediate moderating element (7) and/or (9), of HNBR elastomeric compound potentially reinforced by short fibres, and in that the flexible core (1) of the said belt is enclosed, in the area between two neighbouring teeth in the HNBR elastomeric compound, constituting the intermediate moderating element. As a variant, a linking layer also reinforced (10) of ACSM or CSM elastomeric compound may be installed between the intermediate moderating element and the substrate (2). Application to the transmission of movement or power, particularly in vehicles.
Courroie flexible à denture dont le dos (5) et la denture sont formés d'un substrat (2) en composition élastomérique à matrice CSM ou ACSM et sont associés à une composition élastomérique à matrice HNBR qui recouvre la surface de la denture protégée par un tissu (3), traité HNBR, caractérisée en ce que l'interface de liaison entre les deux compositions élastomériques est décalé vers l'intérieur de la denture par l'interposition d'un élément modérateur intermédiaire (7) et/ou (9), en composition élastomérique HNBR éventuellement renforcée de fibres courtes, et en ce que l'armature flexible (1) de ladite courroie est noyée, dans la zone située entre deux dents consécutives au sein de la composition élastomérique HNBR, constituant de l'élément modérateur intermédiaire. En variante, une couche de liaison également renforcée (10) en composition élastomérique ACSM ou CSM peut être interposée entre l'élément modérateur intermédiaire et le substrat (2). Application à la transmission de mouvement, ou de puissance, particulièrement sur véhicules.
