Abstract An oil burner pump (1) has a housing (5,12) and a filter arrangement (10) which is disposed in the housing in a chamber (11) accessible from the outside and closable by a cover (16) and which is in the form of a filter cartridge (28) of which the hollow cylindrical filter fabric (15) interconnects two end elements (13, 14). In known oil burner pumps of this kind, it is difficult to instal or remove the filter cartridge without a special tool and without the attendant soiling his hands. The invention provides an oil burner pump which considerably simplifies the installation and dismantling. For this purpose, the filter cartridge (28) is secured to the cover together with the end element which is adjacent to the cover (16). Fig. 1
