SCHEDULE 2 ABSTRACT OIL CONTAINMENT & SHIPPING DEVICE This invention is a device for transporting liquid material e.g. oil inside existing oil tankers. Inventor contends when device is used under proper conditions it will provide leakproof and unsinkable containment of liquid product. This device is designed to be easily recoverable and spillproof under the most adverse conditions. This device is constructed of 1/2 inch thick neoprene rubber (for flexibility) innershell, combined with 1/4 thick stainless steel mesh outershell with a carrying capacity of 25,000 Imperial gallons. Specifications may vary according to carrying capacity of containment device.
