A oil/gas well surface multi vertical flange and tubular fitting hole cover that is a safety tool for prevention of articles falling into oil/gas wells, from a vertical surface open end flange face or tubular end. The hole cover is a ring groove and bolt pattern accommodating flange hole cover for casing bowls, tubing hangers, blow-out- prevention stacks (B.O.P), well heads and other flanged products. The invention fits in the ring grooves of any 13 5/8", 11" and 7 1/16" bore, American petroleum institute (A.P.I.) 6A. Specification flange application in the oil/gas industry, regardless of the maximum service pressure rating. The hole cover snaps into a 12 or 16 bolt circle alignment to allow room for a studded flange and to ensure the integrity of the flange bore coverage. Accommodating at well surface, open ended drill pipe, casing and other tubular products with duel variable fitting tapered centre cones. The flange and tubular coverage the invention implements will help secure the oil/gas well from invasive obstructions entering during the drilling & servicing activity performed.
