The present invention is directed to air conditioning equipment provided with an oil level equalizing system, which includes a plurality of low-pressure shell-type compressors communicating with a suction line through a plurality of branch portions, a plurality of connecting lines each communicating with a corresponding compressor shell at a location adjacent to a normal oil level in the shell, and an oil level equalizing line communicating with the plurality of connecting lines. The oil level equalizing system also includes a communication line, through which the suction line communicates with the oil level equalizing line at a location upstream of the plurality of branch portions with respect to a direction of flow of a refrigerant, for increasing the pressure within the oil level equalizing line to a value higher than that within the shell of each compressor. A gas/liquid separator for separating a gasrefrigerant and a liquid refrigerant or an oil/gas separator for separating oil from the gas refrigerant may be provided in the suction line upstream of the plurality of branch portions. Alternatively, an accumulator may be provided.
La présente invention concerne une installation de conditionnement d'air pourvue d'un système d'égalisation d'huile, et comportant une pluralité de compresseurs basse pression à calandre en communication avec une conduite d'aspiration par l'intermédiaire d'une pluralité d'embranchements, une pluralité de canalisations de raccordement, chacune étant en communication avec la calandre d'un compresseur en un point situé au voisinage du niveau normal de l'huile à l'intérieur de la calandre, ainsi qu'une conduite d'égalisation d'huile en communication avec la pluralité de canalisations de raccordement. Le système d'égalisation d'huile comporte également une canalisation de communication à travers laquelle la conduite d'aspiration communique avec la conduite d'égalisation d'huile en un point situé en amont de la pluralité d'embranchements en rapport avec le sens d'écoulement du frigorigène pour augmenter la pression à l'intérieur de la conduite d'égalisation d'huile jusqu'à une valeur supérieure à celle qui existe à l'intérieur de la calandre de chaque compresseur. Un séparateur gaz/liquide pour séparer le liquide frigorigène du gaz frigorigène ou un séparateur huile/gaz pour séparer l'huile du gaz frigorigène peut aussi être monté sur la conduite d'aspiration en amont de la pluralité d'embranchements. Alternativement, l'installation peut aussi comporter un accumulateur.
