OIL MIST LUBRICATED TEXTILE MACHINE AND METHOD Abstract of the Disclosure An apparatus and method for reducing contamination of areas ambient to a textile machine such as a machine having fabric forming instrumentalities for forming textile strand materials into fabric and a lubrication system for the fabric forming instrumentalities. In accordance with the present invention, an airstream is induced to flow adjacent the fabric forming instrumentalities, fine particles of lubricant are entrained in the airstream and conveyed thereby from the area of the fabric forming instrumentalities, and the lubricant is subsequently collected from the airstream.
