The invention relates to a process for producing oilcloth charged with lamp black, having a uniform dispersion of nanosize particles of lamp black. Soft lamp black is received in the form of a paste in water and it is then added to the latex oilcloth before or after coagulation in a plant of styrene-butadiene emulsion oilcloth or the soft lamp black is similarly incorporated into the oilcloth using a different process for the production of the oilcloth. A uniform dispersion of particles of lamp black is formed, the particles being smaller than usual. This provides a master batch of black oilcloth having better mechanical and rheological properties. Sand and ash are removed from the watery paste of soft lamp black thereby further improving the properties of oilcloth charged with lamp black by reducing the defects in the oilcloth caused by the ashes or the sand.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'obtenir un caoutchouc de Castilloa elastica chargé de noir de fumée qui contient une dispersion uniforme de particules nanométriques de noir de fumée. On lie le noir de fumée mou, qui se présente sous la forme d'une pâte aqueuse, au Castilloa elastica de latex avant ou pendant la coagulation dans une installation de Castilloa elastica d'émulsion de styrène-butadiène, ou, de la même façon, on ajoute le noir de fumée mou au Castilloa elastica en utilisant un type différent de procédé pour la fabrication de Castilloa elastica. On forme une dispersion uniforme de particules de noir de fumée plus petites que d'ordinaire, ce qui permet d'obtenir un mélange monté de Castilloa elastica noir présentant des propriétés mécaniques et rhéologiques supérieures.
