Abstract of the Disclosure An oily ointment comprising (a) 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of hydrocortisone butyrate propionate, (b) 2 to 10% by weight of a mixture of pro- pylene glycol and purified water in a weight ratio of from 1:5 to 20:1, (c) 0.1 to 6% by weight of a surface-active agent, and (d) 75 to 97% by weight of a higher paraffinic hydrocarbon.
