In accordance with the present invention, there are provided olefin polymerization catalysts comprising [A] a titanium catalyst component containing titanium, magnesium and halogen as its essential ingredients, [B-1] a transition metal compound containing a ligand having a cycloalkadienyl skeleton, [C] an organoaluminum oxy-compound and, if necessary, [D] an organoaluminum compound. Further, in accordance with the invention, there are provided olefin polymerization catalysts comprising [A] a titanium catalyst component containing titanium, magnesium and halogen as its essential ingredients, [B-2] a transition metal compound containing a ligand having a cycloalkadienyl skeleton and an anion compound containing boron, and [C] an organoaluminum compound and/or an organoaluminum oxy- compound.
L'invention porte sur des catalyseurs de polymérisation d'oléfines, renfermant A) une composante catalytique au titane, avec du titane, du magnésium et un halogène comme principaux constituants, B) un composé de métal de transition, renfermant un ligand avec un squelette cycloalcadiénylique, C) un composé oxy d'organoaluminum et, si nécessaire, D) un organoaluminum. De plus, l'invention présente des catalyseurs de polymérisation d'oléfines, renfermant A) une composante catalytique au titane, avec du titane, du magnésium et un halogène comme principaux constituants, B) un composé de métal de transition, renfermant un ligand avec un squelette cycloalcadiénylique et un anion renfermant du bore, C) un organoaluminum et (ou) un composé oxy d'organoaluminum.
