A composite comprising as a main ingredient a cationic ribosome composed of 2- O-(2-diethylaminoethyl)carbamoyl-1,3-O-dioleoylglycerol and phospholipid, the cationic ribosome bearing an oligonucleic acid. This composite can be administered in a living body and exerts medicinal effect therein, so that it can find practical use in pharmaceuticals. Thus, there is provided a preventive or therapeutic drug composition for diseases in which target molecules of the oligonucleic acid (target DNA, target RNA and target protein) take part, which drug composition comprises the above composite.
L'invention concerne un composite comprenant comme ingrédient principal un ribosome cationique composé de 2-O-(2-diéthylaminoéthyl)carbamoyl-1,3-O-dioléoylglycérol et un phospholipide, le ribosome cationique contenant un acide oligonucléique. Ledit composite peut être administré à un être vivant pour son effet thérapeutique, et peut ainsi être utilisé dans des produits pharmaceutiques. L'invention propose ainsi une composition de médicament à usage préventif ou thérapeutique contre des maladies associées à des molécules cibles de l'acide oligonucléique (ADN cible, ARN cible et protéine cible), ladite composition contenant le composite de l'invention.
